OUR CLIENT:  Multi-Disciplinary Medical Office located in Evansville, Indiana

 

ABOUT THE CLINIC:  Our client is a clinic specializing in the care of those in pain using chiropractic, physiotherapy, clinical massage therapy and acupuncture looking for a PART-TIME front desk superstar! Our staff is expanding and we need great people!

 

A LITTLE ABOUT THE POSITION:
You will be the first and last person our awesome patients see when they are in the office, so your friendliness, good humor and professionalism set the tone for their visit and leave them with their lasting impression. You should be goal oriented, have a good sense of humor, and exhibit an almost obsessive attention to detail with each patient and staff interaction and transaction.

 

You will also be greeting patients as they arrive and saying goodbye as they leave, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, collecting money, scanning documents, performing data entry and often all at the same time! If this sounds like fun, if you can handle the pace, and do all of this with a smile on your face while getting the details right, then this is the job for you! (psst… we also provide scrubs for you to wear while on duty, almost like working in pajamas!)

 

Your hours will be:
Monday and Thursday 10am – 2pm
Tuesday and Friday 1pm to Close (~5:45pm)

 

You must also be available to occasionally work additional hours when other staff are on vacation or are sick, etc.

 

No experience is required as we will completely train the right person, but your work/school history and references should demonstrate that you are DETAIL ORIENTED, consistent, dependable and reliable, that you are a people person, enjoy and are comfortable working with technology and are generally fun to work with.
